Eleonora Maria Ospina is a Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience supporting adults and families through mental health concerns and periods of significant change.
She begins by understanding what a person is dealing with and what they want from therapy, then draws on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than applying a single fixed method. Her practice is person-centred, which means the direction and pace of therapy are set together with the person rather than decided for them.
Eleonora works alongside the GP team at Carrara Family Practice as part of the practice’s mental health services, so care can be coordinated with your usual GP where you would like it to be.

Appointments
A referral is not required to see a psychologist. If you would like a Medicare rebate, your GP can prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan during a standard appointment, which provides access to a set number of rebated sessions each calendar year.
