Dr Shahid Hafeez is an experienced Consultant Cardiologist who provides comprehensive cardiac care with a strong emphasis on prevention, accurate diagnosis, and long-term heart health. He has more than a decade of experience working within leading teaching hospitals across Adelaide and Brisbane. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Cardiology and holds Fellowships in both Medicine and Cardiology (FCPS) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Dr Hafeez has undertaken advanced training in echocardiography at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, and is accredited at Level B in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA). Dr Hafeez manages a broad range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, rhythm abnormalities, and hypertension. He also has a strong interest in cardiac imaging, lipid management, and preventive cardiology. His approach to care is patient-centred, evidence-based, and focused on early intervention and clinical excellence.
