Harriet

Harriet is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive consulting experience supporting adults and children with complex needs, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, Anxiety), gut disorders (IBS, coeliac disease, intolerances), and chronic disease (particularly in diabetes management, heart health, weight loss, and malnutrition).

As a mum, Harriet is passionate about working with busy families to improve eating habits, as well as supporting mothers through their pregnancy journey, including preconception and postpartum. Harriet also has a special interest in women’s health (endometriosis, PCOS).

Harriet takes a holistic approach to treat a broad range of conditions, utilising evidence-based nutrition advice to equip her patients with the tools and strategies to create positive, sustainable change.
